The hotel rooms, though spacious and comfortable, had a strong cigarette smoke odor which was unpleasant. The friendly staff helped, but the check-in process was slow and problematic concerning credit card payment. The strategic location was convenient for accessing transportation and iconic places, but it was undergoing renovation. The dining options were satisfactory, but some food items seemed stale. The hotel provided all standard facilities expected from a five-star establishment.

Upon arrival, the hotel had some issues like a strong smell of smoke and various room issues, but it wasn't terrible. The service staff tried to meet our requests and even offered free vouchers for meals, which was appreciated. The location was convenient with easy access to key spots, though some cleanliness issues were noted. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options, despite a slightly higher price. Overall, a mixed experience with notable positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel was superb, thanks to the upgraded room with access to the Royal Club. The rooms were well-equipped and even had their own balcony, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my time here, ensuring a great experience overall.

The hotel offers huge rooms with a lovely bathroom and is conveniently located down the road. The pool is great, and the staff were extremely polite. However, the rooms seem old and untouched since the hotel was constructed just over 10 years ago.
